As a Digital Producer, you’ll guide projects from brief to delivery across a range of digital touchpoints: from product pages and campaign hubs to social posts and mobile experiences. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between clients, creatives, and collaborators, owning the digital production workflow while bringing clarity and calm to complex projects.
In this role, you'll
Lead the production of digital campaigns across ecommerce, social, and CRM platforms, from product storytelling to UI copy and creative assets
Translate client objectives into structured production plans, then drive execution across internal and external teams
Own end-to-end project management — timelines, talent contracting, stakeholder coordination, and final delivery
Act as the primary contact for clients, managing daily communications with clarity and professionalism
Oversee influencer and talent content creation remotely, including briefing, negotiation, approval, and delivery workflows
Ensure efficient use of tools like Asana, Slack, G Suite, and Figma to keep timelines, tasks, and teams aligned
Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and fellow producers to maintain creative consistency and quality
Spot workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance delivery speed, clarity, and output
Operate independently in a fully remote environment, with periodic in-person team sessions
Requirements
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for ecommerce or consumer brands
Strong client communication skills across instant messaging, video calls, and collaborative docs
Exceptional organizational ability, being able to manage multiple live projects without sacrificing precision or timeliness
Digital-native fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Figma
Proactive in upskilling across industry tools, workflows, and digital formats
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, pivoting direction when needed, and keeping teams on track in fast-paced timelines
