At a glance

As a Digital Producer, you’ll guide projects from brief to delivery across a range of digital touchpoints: from product pages and campaign hubs to social posts and mobile experiences. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between clients, creatives, and collaborators, owning the digital production workflow while bringing clarity and calm to complex projects.

In this role, you'll

  • Lead the production of digital campaigns across ecommerce, social, and CRM platforms, from product storytelling to UI copy and creative assets

  • Translate client objectives into structured production plans, then drive execution across internal and external teams

  • Own end-to-end project management — timelines, talent contracting, stakeholder coordination, and final delivery

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, managing daily communications with clarity and professionalism

  • Oversee influencer and talent content creation remotely, including briefing, negotiation, approval, and delivery workflows

  • Ensure efficient use of tools like Asana, Slack, G Suite, and Figma to keep timelines, tasks, and teams aligned

  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and fellow producers to maintain creative consistency and quality

  • Spot workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance delivery speed, clarity, and output

  • Operate independently in a fully remote environment, with periodic in-person team sessions

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for ecommerce or consumer brands

  • Strong client communication skills across instant messaging, video calls, and collaborative docs

  • Exceptional organizational ability, being able to manage multiple live projects without sacrificing precision or timeliness

  • Digital-native fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Figma

  • Proactive in upskilling across industry tools, workflows, and digital formats

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, pivoting direction when needed, and keeping teams on track in fast-paced timelines
