At a glance

As an Operations Manager, you’ll bring precision, foresight, and structure to the systems that keep our projects and partnerships running. You’ll work across supplier, finance, and project management functions to ensure we operate smoothly, deliver efficiently, and remain commercially sharp.

This is a hybrid role spanning commercial operations, financial management, and project support. You’ll work directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to translate creative ambition into operational clarity.

In this role, you'll

  • Manage supplier relationships: onboarding vendors, negotiating rates, and overseeing deliverables and contracts

  • Handle invoice processing: issuing, reconciling, chasing, and logging across clients and suppliers

  • Create and maintain clear project budgets, from initial scoping through to final reconciliation

  • Keep project management tools up to date with costs, POs, timelines, and key status info

  • Communicate with clients on budget approvals, invoice queries, and financial status updates

  • Own receipt tracking and bookkeeping support across multiple projects and entities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial snapshots to support decision-making

  • Track talent and freelancer spend, including contracting, usage rights, and deliverables

  • Support team operations: filing contracts, managing documents and documenting standards and conventions

  • Spot inefficiencies and propose better processes to streamline collaboration across the team

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, finance, or production management—ideally within creative, media, or marketing environments

  • Strong financial literacy: able to manage budgets, interpret invoices, and communicate numbers clearly

  • Confident working with clients and suppliers on commercial topics

  • Hands-on with tools like Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, Asana (or similar PM platforms), and financial management and accounting software

  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in documentation

  • Proactive mindset: able to anticipate what’s needed, stay ahead of deadlines, and solve problems early

  • Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones and disciplines

  • Holidays:
