At a glance

As a Producer at R.N.A, you’ll take projects from concept to delivery across campaigns, photoshoots, events, and product creation. You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, creatives, and collaborators – owning production workflows while bringing clarity and calm to fast-moving projects.

In this role, you'll

  • Lead low to mid tier, and support with top tier productions for planning, and execution of photoshoots, campaigns, and events

  • Manage production schedules and budgets – tracking costs, managing invoices, and reporting on spend to keep projects on time, on scope, and on budget

  • Manage internal timelines through Asana

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, freelancers, and talent

  • Coordinate logistics across locations, travel, equipment, crew, and permits

  • Oversee influencer and talent content creation remotely, including outreach, negotiation, approvals, and delivery workflows

  • Directly manage client communications across the projects you oversee or support

  • Support physical product creation, from sourcing to QC and delivery

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate briefs into actionable production plans

  • Support in post-production, coordinating edits, retouching, and delivery workflows

  • Maintain and update R.N.A’s internal creative directory, keeping it sharp and reliable for the full team

  • Keep all production documentation clear and organized – from call sheets and schedules to wrap reports

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a production management role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end, balancing creative ambition with operational excellence

  • Strong skills in budget control, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners

  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack

  • Strong network or knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods sectors

  • Willingness to travel internationally for productions

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly, and problem-solves with ease

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for quality
