At a glance
As a Producer at R.N.A, you’ll take projects from concept to delivery across campaigns, photoshoots, events, and product creation. You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, creatives, and collaborators – owning production workflows while bringing clarity and calm to fast-moving projects.
In this role, you'll
Lead low to mid tier, and support with top tier productions for planning, and execution of photoshoots, campaigns, and events
Manage production schedules and budgets – tracking costs, managing invoices, and reporting on spend to keep projects on time, on scope, and on budget
Manage internal timelines through Asana
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, freelancers, and talent
Coordinate logistics across locations, travel, equipment, crew, and permits
Oversee influencer and talent content creation remotely, including outreach, negotiation, approvals, and delivery workflows
Directly manage client communications across the projects you oversee or support
Support physical product creation, from sourcing to QC and delivery
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate briefs into actionable production plans
Support in post-production, coordinating edits, retouching, and delivery workflows
Maintain and update R.N.A’s internal creative directory, keeping it sharp and reliable for the full team
Keep all production documentation clear and organized – from call sheets and schedules to wrap reports
Requirements
3+ years in a production management role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end, balancing creative ambition with operational excellence
Strong skills in budget control, scheduling, and resource allocation
Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners
Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
Strong network or knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods sectors
Willingness to travel internationally for productions
Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly, and problem-solves with ease
Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for quality
