As a Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind R.N.A’s creative delivery – connecting teams, timelines, and talent to bring ideas to life with precision and care. You’ll combine operational structure with a creative mindset, ensuring every brief runs smoothly from kickoff to delivery. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, you’ll help translate creative ambition into flawless execution.
In this role, you'll
Own delivery
Lead day-to-day project management across digital, social and content-based campaigns – mapping timelines, tracking budgets and keeping teams aligned from brief to deliveryDrive delivery forward
Maintain up-to-date Asana boards, resourcing trackers, and schedules, flagging risks before they surface and keeping stakeholders informed at every stageChampion clarity
Translate complex information into simple, actionable direction for internal teams, ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-time, and on-budgetConnect teams
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production and Account Directors to align on priorities and milestones, helping remove blockers so everyone can focus on craftLead client communications
Be the daily point of contact for assigned clients, running WBS, sharing updates, and ensuring feedback loops are efficient and solutions-orientedSupport production
Coordinate external partners, talent, and influencers across shoots and digital deliverables – tracking usage rights, approvals, and handoversProtect quality
QA all deliverables to ensure they meet R.N.A standards before delivery and manage post-production workflows from file delivery to content sign-off
Requirements
2–4 years of project management experience within a digital, creative, or production agency
Confident managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, async, and live
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure
Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent a plus
Familiarity with post-production, file delivery, and digital formats advantageous
Interest in fashion, streetwear, design, and culture highly valued
Experience with Figma or similar tools a bonus

Remote (working primarily with Europe-based clients and our international team)Contract type:
Rolling annual contract (with an initial 3-month probation period)Holidays:
28 days of paid holiday per year, plus local public holidaysRecharge days:

Monday to Friday, approx 0900 - 1800 (we’re flexible and happy for you to manage your time accordingly)
