Talent Assistant

As a Talent Assistant, you’ll support the Talent Lead in managing and coordinating content creation with creators, models, and cultural voices across fashion, streetwear, and lifestyle. You’ll help connect creative ambition to seamless execution - assisting with outreach, negotiations, and approvals across every stage of production.
You’ll have a sharp eye for rising talent, a natural feel for culture, and the organizational skills to keep internal teams, clients, and talent partners aligned.
In this role, you'll
Assist in management & logistics
Support the Talent Lead in managing day-to-day communications with talent partners, agents and managers. Track deliverables, deadlines and approvals across multiple projectsHandle outreach & negotiations
Assist in sourcing and reaching out to potential talent aligned with each brief
Support initial rate discussions, availability checks and contract coordinationCoordinate creative approvals
Manage styling, location and concept approvals between internal creative teams, talent and clients. Ensure all feedback loops are clear and efficiently actionedSupport production phases
Pre-production: Share briefs, assist with walkthroughs and secure styling/location approvals
Production: Oversee day-of communications ensuring content meets creative and client expectations
Post-production: Help coordinate edits and ensure timely delivery of assetsManage client-facing approvals
Digest internal and talent discussions and translate them into clear client-facing updates or approval notes
Ensure all communications feel polished, professional and on-brandTrack and organize
Maintain up-to-date tracking sheets, contracts and contact databases
Keep tabs on usage rights, deliverable progress and internal documentation
Requirements
1–2 years in a talent management, production or influencer marketing role within fashion, lifestyle or creative industries
Strong knowledge of rising talent and digital culture across fashion, streetwear and lifestyle communities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising with talent, clients and internal teams
Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple timelines, tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with an understanding of creative processes and brand storytelling
Fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and digital communication tools
